My name is Sean Birch, I'm 36 years old and I live in Portchester with my wife and 2 children. I have been working with computers for 16 years and I thoroughly enjoy my job.

 

In the past I was employed by companies such as Novatech & Cobweb, however it has always been my dream to run my own business, so in 2012 I started "Sean'll Fix IT".

 

In my experience, many PC repair companies charge the Earth for their services & have a ridiculously long turn-around time, so I wanted to create a business with fair pricing, a fast & personal service & one that would be available, day or night, at a time & place that suits you. I have also found that many people are put off contacting someone for the repair of their computer because they are worried they won't fully understand what they are told or that the costs will spiral. This is why I use NO jargon and clearly state the cost before you agree to any work being done.
